At Russell Estate Vineyard, every bottle tells a story, not just of grapes and harvest, but of the land, the hands that tend it, and the patience required for great wine.
Our process begins long before harvest. The vines are nurtured in the unique microclimate of White Rock, British Columbia, where sunny days and cool evenings coax balanced flavor and natural acidity from each cluster. Here, growth is guided by respect for the soil, for the vines, and for the seasons that shape them.
As summer advances, our teams watch closely. Decisions are rooted in experience, observation, and tasting, not on a calendar. By the time the grapes are ready, they have developed the depth and complexity that set REV wines apart, whether it is the vibrant Pinot Noir 2023 or the expressive Léon Millot 2021.
Inside the winery, fermentation becomes an art. Temperature, timing, and choice of vessel all influence the narrative of the wine, yet nothing ever overrides the fruit itself. The goal is not to impress, it is to reveal. The result is wines that feel authentic, balanced, and unmistakably local.
When you pour a glass of REV wine, you are tasting a year of weather, soil, and care, from vine to glass. It is a quiet craft, and it is at the heart of everything we do.
